Tue 24th Feb 2015 - Gordon Ramsay opens pub in Atlantic City with 26 beers on tap Gordon Ramsay opens pub in Atlantic City with 26 beers on tap: Gordon Ramsay Group, in partnership with Caesars Entertainment, has opened the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Atlantic City with a choice of 48 beer options. The opening of the Pub & Grill is the fifth site in the States for the Group. Gordon Ramsay said: “We’re really excited about this opening after the enormous success of Pub & Grill at Caesars Las Vegas. We have an amazing team and partnership with Caesars.” The 250-cover restaurant offers an English pub experience with classic such as bangers & mash, steak & ale pie and fish & chips on the menu. Ramsay signatures such as beef Wellington and wood-grilled lobster tail will also feature. The bar offers 26 varieties of beers on tap from well-known and craft brewers plus an additional 22 bottled beers from around the world. A unique selection of beers on tap will be made available for take-away in custom 64-ounce growlers (half gallon bottles). Located in the main Caesars hotel lobby, with a patio area extending onto the casino floor where guests can be in the middle of the action, the restaurant has been designed by EDG Interior Architecture + Design. The space features a series of casual dining rooms, a vintage style lounge and a private dining room as well as the main restaurant. A bar with a backdrop inspired by traditional red London telephone booths acts as a centerpiece whilst pop culture relics from both England and the United States fill the walls. Twenty-four HD televisions have been strategically placed around the Pub & Grill to showcase major sporting events from across the world, including Premier League matches.
