Mon 8th Apr 2019 - Exclusive: TRG puts 22 new sites on market Exclusive: TRG puts 22 new sites on market: The Restaurant Group (TRG) has put 22 new sites on the market as part of its ongoing disposal programme, Propel has learned. TRG has instructed agent Savills to handle the sale of the restaurants, which now total 44, with all available for immediate sale. The sites, which are available on an individual basis, are located throughout England, Scotland and Wales. The sites total 42 leasehold, one freehold and one long leasehold. Some of the locations have already closed. They are all in high-profile locations including major retail and leisure parks, shopping centres and roadside locations and are typically located alongside other major restaurant chains in established schemes. The majority of the units are available without premium and incentives are available in certain instances, subject to status. A number of the units have the potential to be split or converted to a drive-thru subject to obtaining the necessary consent.
